Return & Refund Policy

Taiba Mart will not accept any returned goods if the product or packaging has been modified or damaged. If your product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete at the time of delivery, please return it immediately with our delivery personnel. If you cannot return it immediately, you may use our 7-day easy return policy by informing us via our helpline.

3 Day Return Policy

Customers must pay the product return charges for a 3-day return policy. In case of a wrong or damaged product, taibamart.com will exchange the product free of charge. Customers must check the product at the time of delivery and claim any issue immediately.

Valid Reasons to Return an Item

• Delivered product is damaged or defective (not working on arrival).
• Delivered product is incorrect or incomplete (missing parts).
• Delivered product is “No longer needed” — eligible for selected products only (delivery cost non-refundable).

Refund Policy

• The shipping fee will not be refunded.
• Once we receive your product (2-3 working days) and it passes quality control (1-2 working days), we will process the refund.
• Refund requests may be canceled or disqualified if:
  • The customer’s phone was unreachable
  • Delivery was rescheduled by the customer
